REFRIGERATION OIL

The new generation of refrigeration oils provides the following benefits: lubricate internal parts, remove heat generated during compression, clean the system, act as a fluid seal and reduce energy requirements, control foam, reduce noise and much more. Brautek Industrial Product’s research and development team has spent years refining the formulations of our refrigeration lubricants to meet specific industry needs.

Our extensive line of refrigeration oils is built to offer less oil carryover, less bearing wear, stay in grade viscosity, longer oil drain intervals, and great system efficiency. Backed with our free oil analysis program and unmatched customer service, the positive results of switching to specialized Brautek lubrications can be staggering.

REFRIGERATION COMPRESSOR OIL

PRODUCTS

FRIEREN RT SERIES

FRIEREN RT series synthetic blend refrigeration compressor oils are highly refined, hydrotreated ammonia compressor lubricants specially designed to function under the stringent requirements of closed-loop ammonia refrigeration systems. Besides providing value-added benefits in the areas of improved system efficiency and higher productivity, the performance advantages of FRIEREN series versus naphthenic oils include: reduced oil carryover, superior cleanliness, superior chemical and thermal stability, enhanced wear protection, lower foaming tendency, extended oil drain interval capability, and less oil make-up.

FRIEREN RT series are exceptionally well suited for rotary screw, reciprocating and rotary vane compressors in ammonia service. They are compatible with naphthenic and other hydrotreated paraffinic-based compressor oils for ammonia service, as well as PAO and alkylbenzene-based products. They are compatible with all seal elastomers commonly used in these systems including Buna-N, Neoprene and Fluorocarbon (Viton®).
