SYN AIR PRESS DSO SERIES
SYN AIR PRESS DSO synthetic compressor oils are unique combinations of quality diester base-stocks and the latest additive technology. Brautek provides a wide range of SYNPRESS DSO lubricants that cover applications for rotary vane, rotary screw, and all ages and design-types of reciprocating compressors. SYN AIR PRESS DSO lubricants are especially noted for the following benefits: Low temperature fluidity, better thermal conductivity, reduced friction, high temperature thermal stability, greater resistance to mechanical stress, energy efficiency and reduced metal-to-metal wear. SYN AIR PRESS DSO Lubricants are formulated to keep compressors free of varnish and sludge build-up while extending drain intervals to 8000 hours. SYN AIR PRESS DSO lubricants are compatible with almost all elastomers used in compressors and pumps including the paint used in crankcases.
SYN AIR PRESS DSO lubricants were designed for use in the frame and as a compressor cylinder lubricant. It is recommended for use in centrifugal compressors, certain rotary screw and vane compressors, low temperature lubrication, and high temperature lubrication. It is also recommended for use as a mist lubricant.
PRESSMAX SERIES
PRESSMAX Series is a synthetic compressor oil formulated from highly refined petroleum base stocks and the unique additive Syntholate. The refining process includes catalytic hydrogenation to remove impurities, M.E.K. solvent dewaxing to provide low pour points and vacuum distillation to assure low vapor pressure. The addition of Syntholate inhibits the formation of varnish and carbon and provides superior thermal and oxidative stability. The PRESSMAX Series with Syntholate pays for itself with the first lubricant change.
PRESSMAX is recommended in portable air compressors with up to 3,000 hours of usage per year, rotary screw, rotary vane compressors, vacuum pumps and hydraulic systems. PRESSMAX Series products are compatible with most commonly used seal materials.
PRESSMAX SBO SERIES
PRESSMAX SBO Series premium synthetic air compressor oils are a blend of PAO synthetic and refined petroleum base fluids specially designed for compressor applications and are useful in multi-purpose applications. The lighter grades are also well suited for gas and steam turbine applications. The PRESSMAX SBO is manufactured using the highest quality base stocks, additive treated with rust and corrosion inhibitors, oxidation control agents, anti-wear compounds and defoamants and is exceptional at controlling sludge and deposits.
PRESSMAX SBO is recommended for reciprocating compressors, rotary screw compressors, ball and roller element bearings, rotary vane compresors, gas and steam turbine lubrication, and rotary vacuum pump lubrication.
SYN AIR PRESS SHO SERIES
SYN AIR PRESS SHO Series is a synthetic air compressor oil manufactured from the highest quality PAO synthetic hydrocarbon base-stocks and advanced additive technology. SYN AIR PRESS SHO lubricants are recommended for rotary screw, centrifugal, and reciprocating compressors and offer many advantages over petroleum-based lubricants and many synthetics, especially where compatibility is an important concern. The SYNPRESS SHO Series lubricants have low pour points, high viscosity indexes and excellent water demulsibility. SYN AIR PRESS SHO Series lubricants are compatible with commonly used seal materials and equipment designed for use with petroleum oils. SYNPRESS SHO is rated to provide superior service for 8,000 hours in most air compressor applications.
SYN AIR PRESS SHO Series is built for use in centrifugal, rotary screw and vane compressors. It excels in ball and roller bearings, low temperature lubrication, high temperature lubrication and general lubrication. SYN AIR PRESS ULTRA SERIES
SYN AIR PRESS ULTRA is a synthetic air compressor oil formulated to address the specific problems associated with conventional rotary screw compressor coolants – thermal degradation and deposit formation. The polyglycol/ester blend has proven itself superior in the areas of oxidation resistance and deposit formation. SYN AIR PRESS ULTRA is the alternative to varnish, sludge and the frequent lubricant changes associated with hydrocarbon oils.
Use SYN AIR PRESS ULTRA in rotary screw compressors which require the use of high quality base stocks to achieve the minimum amount of oxidation.
FOOD GRADE PRODUCTS
SYNPRESS SHO FG SERIES
SYNPRESS SHO FG Series food grade lubricants use 100 percent multi-synthetic base oils in combination with performance driven additives to offer extended lubricant life. Field tests have shown these lubricants will last between 8,000 and 10,000 hours depending on operating conditions. In addition, this innovative chemistry offers increased solvency, which significantly reduces deposit and sludge formation. SYNPRESS SHO FG Series lubricants offer superior protection against rust, wear and corrosion. SYNPRESS SHO FG Series lubricants meet USDA 1998 (H1) guidelines (lubricants with incidental food contact) and are manufactured in an ISO 21469 certified facility. SYNPRESS SHO FG lubricants have the same software compatibility as SYNPRESS SHO Series lubricants.
